The advisor who schedules no client meetings
Has your calendar ever looked like this?

I met an advisor on a Kerdora demo whose goal in 2025 was to schedule no client meetings.

That doesn't mean he has no client meetings. He actually has an impressive client outreach system that I'll get to. But he doesn't schedule "reviews" and meetings just for the sake of having reviews and meetings.

I think that's actually awesome. (He clearly doesn't suffer from the core advisor insecurity). Don't be busy for the sake of being busy.

Now, when does he talk to clients?

First, he intentionally and proactively reaches out. He has his client list pulled up sorted A-Z. When he has time, he emails calls or texts them. They talk about whatever. Food, football, weather. Just checking in like a friend would. He says he gets through the list ~3-4 times a year.

Second, if clients reach out for a meeting, he takes it.

So simple. I also think it's what most clients would want. Clients don't want to meet for the sake of meeting either.
